Prof. Antje Stockman, leader of the department for landscape planning and ecology from the University of Stuttgart, was able to enrich the designing basis with an excursion into Sri Lankas climatic and topographic conditions, as well as an estimation of the impact of the tsunami on the agricultural usability of the coastal region.
