First stone laying ceremony and a warm Welcome
This Party with a dance performance of the children from the village of Parankiyamadu was a
really good start in Sri Lanka. There were more than 300 People from the village and nearby
Parankiyamadu participating on the first stone ceremony on the future ground of the Lanka
Learning Center. Special Guests (Mr. Kunalingam and Mr. Thayagaraja from the Department of
Education of Batticaloa , local businessman from Oddamavadi and Valaichenai)
